- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Staff member Nicole is billing is very disrespectful and impatient to the needs of the Patient - her quick judgment and rudeness made it impossible to resolve a billing issue - my heart was sent racing - and she works for a cardiologist????? It alarms me to know that there a geriatric patients that may be treated so rudely in the future if she continues her employment at this office. I would like to add that Dr Szwed is a wonderful Doctor and this has no reflection on his abilities -September 03, 2017by Karen Bednarz
